She has recently published an Amazon #1 book entitled Sexy Senior Citizen, How to Stay Sleek, Sexy, and Strong as You Age. It is a compilation of stories and events on how to embrace getting older along with tips on nutrition, fitness and beauty..
She started this journey as a personal trainer in Hawaii as a way to help others understand that health and fitness was not just for the wealthy. She began her fitness company there and established a new protocol of personal training on Wheeler Army Airbase, Hawaii.
Her weight loss and fitness programs are successful because she coaches clients on habit-based transformation programs. Once you break a task down to the smallest piece it is easier to have success and creates a positive outcome. She was the star and host of a regular TV show called Keeping it Fit For Life! She hosts a podcast about health, nutrition and living your best life as you age. .
Delsina is a Retired Army Officer who served 26-years in the United States Army. She is an expert on quick and complete recovery from physical trauma, as she has had most of her major joints replaced and still continues to live an active and fit lifestyle.
She is married to Steven and has 2 boys Stefano and Esteban.
